About

Experience

I've spent 20+ years on every side of the marketing table: brand management, advertising agencies and consulting. Each vantage point taught me something different about how marketing actually works inside organizations and why it so often doesn't.

What became clear over time: the gap isn't usually about budget or ambition. It's about access to the kind of senior marketing judgment that helps leadership teams ask better questions, make sharper decisions and move with real strategic clarity.

Over two decades, I've led marketing, growth and consulting engagements across some of the most recognized brands and organizations in Türkiye and beyond, including global names such as Koç Group, Nestlé and Solgar.

Today, I work with companies across Türkiye as an independent consultant: diagnosing marketing functions, building growth and AI integration roadmaps and providing fractional marketing leadership to organizations that need senior judgment without a full-time hire.
